How Life Group works with you

1. Listen

Nobody likes a know-it-all. We don’t pretend to know your business so we have to try and understand you first and your needs.

2. Propose

Next we’ll come up with a plan to achieve what you want - this includes key metrics and KPIs for the site. This forms the agreed scope of works which both parties are happy with. We make sure everything is clear and you’re 100% comfortable with the proposal.

3. Wire frame

For bespoke (non templated) sites the first task is to create wireframes. Wireframes are outlines, boxes, shapes which indicate to you where parts of the site will sit and how the pages will interact with each other. The steps saves a lot of time in the design phase. Once happy the client signs this off.

4. Design

Here’s where some of the magic happens. We take the user journeys and layout signed off in the wire framing stage and combine your brand with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design to give your clients a fabulous experience while interacting with your online presence.

5. Copy writing, video, Photography

Great communication happens through clear, succinct written prose and visual elements which combine to delight, explain and tell a story. We encourage our clients to consider a copy writer to write their website copy as well as professionals to take photographs and videos - it makes a huge difference to how you are perceived.

6. Build

Once the design is signed off, the development stage begins. In essence this is creating, through code, the framework that the site rests on. We are won’t develop sites which aren’t responsive, meaning they will look great on any device and we develop with standards of load speed in mind.

7. Q/A

Before a site is released to the world we extensively check it and make sure it’s ‘client ready’. We make sure you’re also 100% happy before we push the big green ‘go live’ button.

4. Optimise/test

Websites are static and so should never ‘just sit there’. T’s our advice that you work with us to test user journeys, headlines, CTAs, all with your goals/KPIs in mind. This involves A/B testing, optimisation and continual perseverance to make your site convert better each time.
